This document forms a legally binding agreement between 9999 bdt ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). Although these terms are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail for legal interpretation in the event of any difference in meaning.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

These terms and conditions apply equally to all services, games, promotional offers and any digitally delivered services provided through the 9999 bdt website and mobile application. Every user must follow these terms regardless of the type of service used.

1.2 Supplementary Policies

In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Bonus Rules and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply. Together these documents form the complete agreement between 9999 bdt and the user. In the event of any dispute, the specific provisions of these terms and conditions shall take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and participate in games on 9999 bdt. The responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided at registration lies entirely with the user. 9999 bdt may request a valid ID document at any time to verify age.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, the user must provide the following information accurately:

If an account is registered with false or incomplete information, the account will be cancelled and any withdrawal request from that account may be rejected.

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be cancelled and funds held in them may be forfeited.

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. 9999 bdt will never ask for your password by email, SMS or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 9999 bdt may carry out a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

Documents typically required for verification may include:

• Copy of National ID card (NID) or passport
• Recent bank statement or mobile financial service record
• Verification of the registered mobile number

3.3 Updating Account Information

To change core information (name, date of birth) after registration, contact the support team and submit the required documents. A verification process must also be followed when changing the registered mobile number or email address.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9999 bdt currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank are supported.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these amounts will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, additional time may be required if an account verification process is ongoing or if unusual transaction activity is suspected.

4.4 Transaction Security

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To make this bonus withdrawable, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and to meet the wagering requirement a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions — read the details before accepting an offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirements have been met may be withdrawn.
• Joining another offer while a promotional offer is active may go against the rules.
• If bonus misuse or fraud is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• VIP weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate based on total net losses for that week.

5.3 Changes to Promotional Offers

9999 bdt reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend or cancel any existing bonus or promotional offer at any time. Such changes will be published on the site and the new terms will take effect from the date of the change.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on 9999 bdt are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is fair and verifiable. Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. The rules for each game are displayed in the game interface — read them before playing.

6.2 Betting Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and market, and are clearly shown during gameplay. 9999 bdt reserves the right to change limits in cases of unusual betting patterns or system abuse.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, network disconnection or other technical problem, 9999 bdt will determine the result based on the last valid game state. In such cases the company's decision shall be final.

6.4 Sports Betting

For cricket, football and other sports betting, odds may change up until the match begins. A bet is considered valid only after a confirmation message for the accepted bet has been received. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9999 bdt:

• Opening an account using a false identity or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Placing coordinated or artificial bets for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using software bots, automation tools or any technical method to influence game results.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to undermine the site's security systems.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the relevant account will be immediately cancelled and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9.3 Protection of Minors

• Delays or losses caused by issues with third-party payment services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9999 bdt is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. In any claim, the maximum amount of compensation shall be limited to the total value of the transaction in question.

11.1 Termination by the Company

9999 bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registration with false information or evidence of fraud.
• Failure to submit required documents on time.
• Operational requirements under applicable law.

11.2 Cancellation by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. All balances except those with pending wagering requirements may be withdrawn before the account is closed. Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.

For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email or mobile number.
