What to do if you forget your password or username
Forgetting a password is common. The recovery process on 9999 bdt is quick and secure.
Password recovery
Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email. An OTP code will be sent to your phone or inbox. Use that code to set a new password.
If you cannot remember your username
Try logging in with the email address or mobile number you used during registration. If that does not work, contact support via live chat — help is available 24 hours a day.
How important is OTP verification
An OTP is a one-time passcode sent only to your registered number. Never share it with anyone. 9999 bdt will never ask for your OTP by phone or chat.
Practical ways to keep your account secure
Keep your login details safe — this protects both your money and your personal information.
Choose a strong password
Use a password of at least 8 characters that mixes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Do not use your name or date of birth as a password.
Never share your OTP
If anyone asks for your OTP by phone, email, or message, it is a scam. Real 9999 bdt staff will never ask for your OTP or password.
Watch out for fake sites
Many fake sites are made to look like 9999 bdt. Before logging in, check the URL in your browser's address bar — the correct address is 9999bdt.cam.
Avoid public Wi-Fi
It is better not to log in on public networks at cafes or on buses. These networks carry a higher risk of data theft. Use your own mobile data instead.
Change your password regularly
Change your password every few months. Using the same password for a long time increases security risk.
Log out on other people's devices
If you log in from someone else's computer or phone, always log out when you are done and do not use the "Remember password" option.
SSL encryption and secure connection
All connections on 9999 bdt are encrypted using SSL technology. This means no third party can see your username, password, or financial information. To read more about the site's security policy, see the Privacy Policy.
